Registration Details

You MUST provide the following-:

1. Birth Certificate- original and copy (most recent)
2. 2 passport-sized photos of student-name must be written on the back of the photos (most recent)
3. Parent/Guardian Identification card (copy of id card)
4. If you are NOT the biological parent, then you MUST provide copy and original of legal documents giving you custody or legal guardianship over the child.
5. SEA Scores (original and copy)
6. If student is a non-national (original and copy of valid student visa)
7. Identification/Job Address/Email/Address Information of BOTH Parents is required.

Please note:

You will not be allowed to register if you do not have any of the items listed above

For parents who are unable to register online-:

Venue: The School Hall

Time: Between the hours of 8:10 am to 12 noon/1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

Date: Wednesday 5th July, 2023

IMPORTANT

You must still register your child if you want a transfer

Students not accepting places MUST complete declaration form and return to the school before (to be determined by MOE)

If you wish a transfer you MUST complete the transfer form and return to the school before (to be determined by MOE)

Please ENSURE that forms are FULLY FILLED OUT and signed by the parent/guardian.
